Payment:

All services require a nonrefundable  and nontransferable $50 deposit.

The deposit is credited towards your appointment. 

 

Late Policy:

Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period. After that you will be charged a $25 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. 

 

Cancellation:

Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations and no call no shows will be charged full service amount. 

 

After Hours:

Early appointments require $50 fee for every hour before 10AM (Ex: 8am-$100, 9am-$50) Late appointments require a $50-$100 fee. Holiday appointments require a $125 fee.

Important Things to Note:

• No extra guest allowed.

• Books open the 15th of every month at noon and fill up in 10 minutes. 

• Please wait until your exact appointment time before entering building.

• Wash and styling is included in all services. 

• Coloring services are offered by @kolormepretty_ on instagram

• All forms of payment are accepted. ( Cash, Card, Apple Pay, Zelle)

• Curly hair will not be styled. It will be left in its natural state.
