Payment:

All services require a nonrefundable  and nontransferable $100 deposit.

The deposit is credited towards your appointment. 

 

Late Policy:

Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period. After that you will be charged a $30 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. 

 

Cancellation:

Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations and no call no shows will be charged full service amount. 
 

After Hours:

Early appointments require $100 fee for every hour before 10AM (Ex: 8am-$150, 9am-$100) Late appointments require a $100-$150 fee. Holiday appointments require a $175 fee.

Color:

Bundles can be colored in advance from our vendor but have to be placed at the beginning of each month on the 1st for the following month otherwise, coloring services are referred to @Kolormepretty_ on Instagram 

 

Location:

We are in the same building as Kramar Jewelry. Please park in the parking lot and walk to second door.

• No extra guest allowed.

• Books open the 15th of every month at noon and can fill up in 10 minutes. 

• Please wait until your exact appointment time before entering building.

• Wash and styling is included in all services. 

• Coloring services are offered by @kolormepretty_ on instagram

• All forms of payment are accepted. ( Cash, Card, Apple Pay, Zelle)

• Curly hair will not be styled. It will be left in its natural state.
