Can the hair be colored?: We don't offer coloring services but have referrals
How long for shipping?: 3-5 business days if in stock 2-3 weeks if its a preorder.
If packages are lost and stolen how do we handle that?: Once packages are out of our hands you will have to discuss it with the carrier all packages will require a signature as well.
How do we contact customer service?: Through our business email or phone number we get back to you within 24 hours during business hours only
